MSi motherboard not booting after beta bios installed

I have updated the bios to the last one from the MSI's website, I was working fine with a Ryzen 5 5500, but after some tests I turned off the PC and tried to turn it back a few days later and its not working at all. PC was sitting in a shel for like 4 days, I havent turned it on or anything, it was inside the box which came with the PC case

 

The boot sequence stops at CPU LED, 

 

I tried to reset the CMOS, tried to use different CPU, different PSU, different ram stick, single stick, tried to boot it with only the cpu - nothing else installed but its not working.

 

I tried to touch the cpu, but its not even getting warm If I try to boot, is the mobo dead? Or can I somehow reverse the bios to an older version?

Try m-flashing the bios to the older one, you never want to get the beta versions because stuff like this can happen.

Unfortunatelly I can't even get post to bios with the old CPU as well, so I can't flash it back

how long did you let your pc sit after taking out the cmos battery?

you had everything unplugged and held down the power button to make sure there was no electricity in the system. just double checking.

used, I picked it up locally on marketplace. it really bothers me that it worked in the begining, and now it can't boot. 

 

it is a bios or vrm issue? what do you think?

almost definitely a bios issue, because it worked before the bios update

Now I tried a few more things, then I found out that the CPU only gets warm if the ram is on the left dimm slot, If I put the ram on the right slot the cpu remains cold

 

but still no display, or boot.

try boot into bios with the cpu in place.

Unfortunately I cant get a post, therefore I can't reach bios, there is no signal out on the GPU.

I should have said post not boot, does someone you know have a pc you can test the gpu in? and were the components in the motherboard when you did the bios update.
