Hi forum

I have flicker/shimmering problems with my XTX. Is this normal to have i certain games with an AMD GPU??

When I adjust anti aliasing and resolution scaling it helps a bit with the problem. However it is still annoying

See my video below in Far Cry 6.

Pay attention to the gravel trial.

Thanks

Suni

I seem to have noticed similar things with my Nvidia GPU's.

Its currently 2AM here so I will install Far Cry 6 tomorrow and see if I notice the same issue.

Might even start another playthrough.

Give me your in game settings so I can replicate it.

I'd suggest forcing 16x Anisotropic filtering in Radeon Adrenaline panel. Sometimes that fixes soft filtering of not that distant textures or such shimmering on the point between filtered and "far" textures.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Running the game with 16x Anisotropic filtering didn't fix my issue.
