Asus B550 F gaming motherboard keeps crashing while gaming.

While gaming my Motherboard keeps on crashing. I have updated the bios of the motherboard but nothing solved the problem. I have disabled the DOCP profile also.

Asus B550 F gaming motherboard

Amd ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler

16 gb ddr4 ram

Samsung evo ssd 500 gb

Cooler master 4500 watt psu

Msi rtx 2060 graphics card.

How do you know that the motherboard is crashing rather than something else in the PC?

 

What does "crash" describe exactly? E.g. BSOD? Black screen?

if the "crash" is a sudden shutoff and reboot im suspecting a PSU trip it is only 450w

if its not the PSU next likely culprit is bad or unstable ram so disable any ram overclocking or try only 1 stick
