Compuer lagging after dowloading lenovo vantage

I got this laptop brand new a few months back,when i got it,the graphics card was not found on BIOS,send it back under warranty an recieved it again.Now the graphics card shows up in task manager.
I dowloaded lenovo vantage (this is a LENOVO LOQ I5 12450HX,RTX 2050).After the install the computer seemed to be slowing down.While writing this also when i click on a letter,the screen freezes up and only after a while it responds,same goes to opening an app.

Is something wrong with the LENOVO APP or with the overall computer.I have eset security app too..

So remove the extra software and see if the PC speeds back up? That software is arguably bloatware anyways.

Generally the less software you install the better. I try and install only things I actually need.

It offers some features like when plugging in it changes the refresh rates to 144hz instead of 60hz,rapid charging,batter protection,updates etc
