I've found that the dongle for my Halo75 keyboard isn't great either, so I just use it in wired mode 24/7.

It might be worth buying a very short USB-A extension cable to position the receiver away from noisy sources - especially if you have the receiver connected to something like a USB hub.

Most Logitech wireless mice come with something like this

Have you re-charged the keyboard since the issue began?
Do you have a Bluetooth connection to see if the same happens?

If only a few specific keys are printed repeatedly, then check if the target is a key switch or a PCB short circuit. If unspecific keys are printed repeatedly, please check if there is wireless interference. In particular, whether the USB 3.0 device is very close to the wireless keyboard receiver. The two will interfere with each other.

multiple keys, and it happens randomly and it all started at once. It usually happens when i move the keyboard away from the pc. It started happening recently so I dont think it is interference.
