Windows only using one core in I7 9700K

Did you change something in the BIOS? Try clearing CMOS.

Hey, 

 

So I was playing around the BIOS menu, and the MSI Dragon Center, and my guess is I must have switched some setting our something like that, beacuse the PC now for some reason is only using one core in the 9700K.


When going into the task manager and seing the performance data for the cpu it shows as it as using one core, and pretty much getting 100% with firefox and task manager open.

 

I have tried to reset my options in the BIOS menu, and Dragon Center, as well as gone into msconfig, to look at the number of processors box but nothing seens to fix it.

 

system: I7 9700K

 MB: MSI MPG Z390

32gb of RAM 3000Mhz

I use Intel 14th gen because it has a monolithic core. Way better DPC latency and I/O performance.
