RGB Strip Not Working on Phanteks NV5 Case

I have read every instruction manual, forum thread, and watched every YouTube video I could find but I can not get the RGB strip on this case to work at all. I have tried connecting it to the case's onboard controller and directly to the motherboard with no luck. I have also made sure the case's SATA connector has power. I'm not sure what else to try at this point.

Hoping someone could pretty please help me out here, having to RMA a case for a RGB strip would suck a lot, especially considering that means sitting with no case while they test and verify.

Case Model: Phanteks PH-NV523TG_DMW02 NV5 MK2 D-RGB Matte White
Motherboard: MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI AMD B850 Ryzen Socket AM5 ATX Desktop Motherboard
PSU: ASUS Prime: 850W Gold 80 Plus Gold PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR Fully Modular ATX Desktop Power Supply

Direct to Motherboard Connection:
Case connector connected directly to motherboard, I tried all the RGB headers on the board, the headers work with my other components

 

Connection to Onboard Case RGB Controller:
The header to connect to the motherboard was removed and the SATA connecter was connected to the PSU

Case Wiring:
I checked everywhere for loose connections, not sure if I'm missing something

Did you enable the RGB output in BIOS ? I don't know for that particular motherboard but many boards I know can enable/disable RGB headers directly in the BIOS (for those who don't want to mess with additional software).
