Chrome browser says, I am casting to a TV, am i hacked or something?

My pc is connected with ethernet. One smart TV is also connected with the same router but with wifi.

I noticed that Google chrome is saying it is casting to tv. I never gave it any permission. I also get the same message on my android phone all the time.

Sounds like a bug or possibly a mis-click. I assume the TV doesn't show anything displayed?

Stop casting and see if it starts casting again on it's own after a while. It shouldn't. I assume this is a feature of Chrome? You can try updating the browser and if that makes no difference you can try re-installing the browser to see if this stops the issue.
