Hi, I have a problem and I've been looking on reddit but I can't find a solution.
I bought the HyperX Cloud 3 in January, very happy with them, however, when I connect them to the computer via cable (both USB C and USB A) sometimes when I turn on the computer, it doesn't detect any sound and the this icon appears, image.png.366663b7989cdaa43ce639451a66c3f7.png  no matter what I do, to fix it I have to disconnect the headphones and reconnect them.

I've tried removing and not using the spatial sound because i tought it was that but nothing works, even with w11 or w10, and using the ngenuity app to update the headset software.

I haven't tried using the 3.5mm jack, but I don't intend to try it either, since I need the adapter that comes with it because my computer is 1.5m from where I'm sitting, and sometimes when I open the audio dial to turn up windows volume, my system freezes completely, even though I'm not doing anything.

PC SPECS:
i5 12400f
3060Ti

32GB RAM 3200Mhz

What should i try to do next?

When this happens, check in Device Manager to see if there are any "unrecognized device"s. Also click into the HC3 device and look at properties > general tab and make sure that Device status says "This device is working properly."

My guess is that there is some weird USB power delivery issue. But running a SFC/DISM check would be a good idea
