I already wrote on the forum but didn't get any suggestions. I have a flash drive in my router. I use the files app on my iphone to add it as a server with an ip address. smb://192.xxx.xxx.xxx:xx . I can see the files but I can't create a new folder, can't upload files. I'm using a user with read/write access. What are the settings on the tplink AX6000 router? Is there an alternative free good app? on the pc I can do everything read/write so I think the router is not the problem. iphone settings or app.

Double check that the iPhone is logging into the share using an account that has full read/write access, and that those permissions are inherited through the entire share.

Your router should also have the correct date and time set, within a couple minutes. (If it's getting time from an NTP server, even better.) If the time is too far out of sync, authentication will fail.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
