Unless you care about hardware encoding quality with videos, then intel creams amd. Quicksync is a gem.

Ryzen iGPUs are better than Intel unless you care about video encoding. Modern AMD iGPUs outperform some dedicated GPUs from only 3 years ago

But I haven't had much luck with video encoding on my Radeon 780M. It is RDNA 3 so theoretically it should be capable of hardware accelerated AV1 encoding. And I was able to successfully install AMD's Advanced Media Framework drivers for the Radeon 780M, but alas when I try encoding a video using FFmpeg I get
