So all of these so far is just hypothetical including what you have? Might as well head to New Builds and Planning subforum then. Make a thread there and lets just make an actually good list. Because right now i feel like this is super cobnled together out of TikTok FYP without rhyme or reason.

And of course, this LTT video could help you build the logic.

ive bulit a PC before so I dont really need the guide thanks for that though, the one I have now I bulit by hand so i have a okish idea of what im doing, all im really looking for a good recommendation for LGA1851 Motherboard and LGA1851 CPU as the computer i have now, being my first time building a PC this being my second, was bulit around a old prebuilt PC i had thay i took the CPU out of, it was a LGA1200 and now im trying to switch to LGA1851 or AMD5 either work to be more updated in terms of technology instead of having to buy scapled LGA1200 motherboards for the same cost and less performance.

Oh wait HANG ON, i remember you now.

Right, honestly i would skip LGA1851 right now, their performance is basically identical to 14th gen just with lower power draw. Going with AMD Zen 4 on AM5 would be smarter overall. Either way you will have to reinstall windows because youre switching chipset generations that dont share chipset driver.

This is my Minimum Viable Product for AM5. The Pro B650-S WIFI is remarkable for being... unremarkable. Honestly AM5 even for the 8xx generation chipset has an overbuilt minimum spec for power delivery, only the lowest end of boards in A620 and B850 has issues in terms of high RAM speed operations or flagship CPUs. You can sub the board for anything that fits your use case and youre most likely going to be gucci.

This is the filter if you want to peruse it further. Most Wifi 7 and 6E board should contain bluetooth too but double check in the pages. My personal faves are B850 LiveMixer Wifi, Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 or Eagle 6E.
