I just finished building my new pc (it took me all day) and when finally i try it to turn it on it won't. I'm using a asus z790a-wifi with 13700f, msi mag 850gl on a antec c5. Doesn't show any light or any fan move. Even the PSU fan wont work. I have try changing the RAM slot and using only one. Reseting de CMOS. I have jump my psu with a paper clip and it work even turning on the fans and rgb. What can it be?

What if you only connect the basics to the motherboard, so disconnect everything and only power the motherboard with cpu. Even take out the memory and m.2 (if you have one).

I just try leaving only de cpu and 24 pin cable and still wont boot, doesn't show any light, sound or movement

It depends on the motherboard but some you could test without having a cpu in the socket.
Also take the motherboard out of the case.

You could try that, otherwise I got a feeling that you have a dead motherboard.

Unless someone else here on the forum has another idea.

It's a asus z790a-wifi. I really hope it's another thing because it will take at least a moth till i do all the paperwork and the money it's returned if i send it back 😞

Just take the motherboard out the case, put it on a cardboard box, take everything off (cpu/memory/m.2/gpu/fan), connect the psu and try to power it on.
