so i have fragged my 512gb ssd into windows C 202gb and data D 250gb drives and so then I had installed valo on D drive along with genshin, then later on since I was on space crisis due to my overly obsession of have all games and needed to update genshin at the time I moved valo folders over to window c drive and I don't know where I put them, I then try playing valo and I'm unable to cause it can find those files so I deleted my other games and moved valo back yet the problem persist, I then get sidetracked with school and forget about it as I only play genshin, now when I was going to delete valo, I deleted it from drive D but then I see my windows drive is full for no reason so I try to figure out I see valorant is taking 50 gb there so I tried deleting valo from control panel and it says its already deleted, I reboot my laptop and then checked the drive but the my C drive is 180gb used when my normal files on it are around 120gb including hidden ones, now I'm unable to find out how to delete them since its not visible at all I also tried deleting the temp file but they only 5gb not much, I would really appreciate help as I am limited on space and need some, (cant afford to buy or reset since I don't have spares to make backup of my date or go to a guy to get it fixed). help please asap

Beware and double check before deleting anything manually in C drive.

In your screenshot, folders like MSI, Intel, Google, can be files left behind by driver installation programs, and can be safely deleted. But I advise not touch them if you are unsure.

Sounds like you just manually moved gamer folder from D to C?

Try search for the folder on the top right search bar and look for "Valo" or whatever folder name you moved. If you reinstalled instead, then that folder will also pop up.

And it's not uncommon for System drive to take up 150+GB after some use. Mainly due to your user folder gets inflated by some program like Tencent QQ/WeChat are terriable at garbage collection, they store all past logs and pictures locally in C drive by default.

Typically there will be quite a bit left over in User>(Your UserName)>AppData>(one of the three folder)

You really need a second drive or an external drive or OneDrive/Dropbox/Google drive/Baidu Yun for backup, never trust just one drive in the laptop.

Windirstat is handy.

A 512GB SSD (or any drive) is way to small to play around and partition. Just leave it as one partition and make appropriate backups of actual data. Or get a separate SSD for data (still needs backup, though).
