Best GPU For My System (My 3070 Died, Can wait a few more weeks)

Hello! 

 

My GPU 3070, died on me a few weeks ago and I am currently borrowing the same GPU from a friend but would like to upgrade anyway. 
I will take any advice you can give me. I was aiming to get a 5070 TI but I am open to other suggestion  

Budget (including currency): 1500$CA

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Monster Hunter Wilds, LoL, FF7 Rebirth, Factorio, Satisfactory, DSP.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
1440p Monitor, Ideally, I would like to have a consistent ~75FPS minimum in High with RTX if possible in most games for a while.

My Current System Info, I don't want to upgrade anything there if possible:
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K (20 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
OLD GPU (DEAD): RTX 3070 (8GB VRAM)
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4
