Cargo/work pants suggestions

I got my cargo pants in November and wear them nearly everyday, to the point that they have already started fading (I'm pretty harsh on my clothes, with the work I do in them and  I'm a on the bigger end of the size spectrum.) considering I've worn them as much as I have I've got a couple of suggestions for the next version if that ever happens ( I'd love to see another pair)


1) belt loops.
My favourite work pants are the Dickies 874 Originals (one of the only workpants that I find really fits me well). The belt loops on those pants are much wider and cover a considerable part of the waistband (See image). For a bigger guy like myself the additional 'loops' and the size of them is ideal. They hold the pants and belt together really well for a firm and comfortable fit. 


2) pocket below the full top pocket.
When I go to put my phone (pixel 8 pro which isn't an unusual size/profile) in my pocket it often ends up in the cargo pocket below. (See image). It is the perfect size to get it in but it gets stuck everytime I try to get it out. Between the camera bump and the fabric in the pocket it grabs the phone perfectly. I've already damaged the stitching (and repaired it) a few times. It's getting to the point where I might remove the stitching between the large and small pocket so it stops happening. That would probably cause some problems with the pocket holding its shape and pulling but I think it might be worth it at this point. 

I really love them they are surprisingly comfortable for structured work pants and would love to see some iterations of them in the future.
