No display, BOOT and DRAM light on motherboard. Almost all new parts.

Hey everyone, I'm fully accepting defeat and come begging for advice.

For context, this issue arose after liquid was spilled onto my GF's computer. Originally, the pc would start, case rgb, fans, aio lights, and mobo lights. But with that, there was no signal to the displays and the fans were pulsing speed from high to low every 1-2 seconds. Also no peripherals were lighting up and the mobo showed an orange DRAM light only.

Since the original issue, I have replaced the following with what is shown below. (The main reason for the motherboard was that it was showing a white substance around some resistors. it looked like corrosion imo. I could be wrong.)

CPU  5800XT

MOBO: ROG B550-F GAMING WIFI II

PSU: Thermaltake 700W

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200mhz

Not replaced:

GPU: Zotac 4070 (tested a 3070)

AIO: Off brand 280mm cooler. literally cant find the brand name on it.

SSD: m.2 Samsung

Below is a list of the results from replacing them.

1st. PSU: No change

   1.1: Reset CMOS. No Change
2nd. MOBO: Fans stopped pulsing, still showing orange DRAM light.

   2.1: Tested with a 3070. No change.

3rd. CPU: No change

4th. RAM: Made the orange DRAM light white and with that a greenish white BOOT light. (I originally did this 2nd with my own ram but I don't think it was compatible with the bios or cpu? I bought ram I KNEW worked and that changed the light)

Side note: I brought the pc to my house to work on it and my peripherals will light up when turned on, they are totally different than hers so i don't think it really matters. But the more information the better right.

My next attempt to fix it was to flash the bios via usb. BUT OF COURSE, the bios flash light on the mobo wont blink to show that its working. I have the correct bios version and the usb is formatted in FAT32. I saw a thread say try removing all PCIe components and only use 1 stick of ram. Didn't work..

I'm at a complete loss here. I'd like to give the 3070 another attempt because I tried it before the BOOT and DRAM light were white. Not sure if it will matter but id like to try.

If anymore information is needed please let me know. I'm no wizard in this subject but I feel I have fairly good knowledge of what's going on.

What do you guys think? Let me know! Thanks.
