Hello! I just did a clean install of windows 11 and i have a 1050ti that i want to use on streamlabs specifically for streaming nad recording only, and nothing else, but when I launch games it is using my 1050 and my 2080 and the only gpu I want to be used for games is the 2080. Does anyone know how to fix this and does anyone know what to do in streamlabs specifically to only record/stream using my 1050? Thank you!

Why not use the 2080 for encoding? It has a better encoder on it, and the encoder uses a different part of the GPU from games.

What monitor is the gaming display plugged into?

Do you have a iGPU? THat probably has a better encoder than the 1050 too.

i have an igpu with my ryzen 5 8600G, and won't that kill performance if i use the same gpu to game and record with?

Encoding on the same GPU shouldn't hurt performance much as the encoding unit is a different part of the GPU than what is used for games.

It can actually have better performance encoding on the same GPU as it doesn't have to copy the data between the GPUs.

so should i take the 1050ti out and use integrated or just take it out and use the 2080
