Okay first off let's get specs out of the way.

Cpu: Intel 14600k (No overclock. Cpu lite load in mode 15. Msi had it in mode 22 by default)  Long load is 125W short load is 181W (basically intel default.

Motherboard: MSI Z790 MPG EDGE WIFI

Ram: Corsair Vengeance Rgb 32GB DDR5 6000 CL36 XMP is enabled

pSU: Corsair RM750 blacklable.

4xNVME: Boot drive WD Blue 512gb

2x WD BLACK 1TB SN850

1x WDBLACK 8TB SN850X

Cooler: Corsair H150i Capellix(i probably spelled that wrong but yeah)

GPU: PNY RTX 4070

As the title says my pc will lock up randomly (mostly whikr playing super intensive games like msfs or ANYTHING  running unreal 5. What's odd is that it's extremely friggin random. I can go 2 weeks no issues. Or this week it's locked up 2 times in a single day. At first I though hmm intel 14600k might be time to rma. But here's the thing. I'm not experiencing any performance degradation of any kind. And even when the freeze happens performance is still as it normally would be if theres no freeze. By that I mean if under a normal circumstance i should be getting high fps and no stutters. I get high fps and no stutters or any change in cpu performance up until the point it just freezes. I've done ram tests with no errors I've run multiple cpu tests getting high scores in geekbench,  cinebench R23 ect. I've ran stress tests on every single part of my rig and each time, zero errors whatsoever. Yet, I have this issue. I'm think that maybe the cpu is defective  but for some reason still performance as intended (when its not freezing of course)

I've also used OCCT to outright stress the entire system for literally a day straight (RIP electric bill this month) and it didn't encounter a single error.

Id offer minidump files but here's the thing, the pc isn't bluescreening. It's just freezing. So when I restart. There's no minidump file generated anywhere. I've only had one singular bluescreen and it's from when one of the nvidia drivers were causing issues and that's the only bluescreen and thus only minidump I have.

Also yes I tested each drive in a different rig (My neighbor let me test them in her rig to be sure.) I tested all 3 WD black nvmes and they all worked fine. I didn't test the boot drive because her rig is AMD so I figured that really wouodnt be affective to test the boot drive in a rig from a amd when mine is intel (drivers and such could cuase issues that likely wouldn't be any implication to my issues)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance. Much love to the community- Chris

Ps sorry if things are spelled wrong. I'm legally blind and typing this from my phone.
