Hey all, looking for some help on my build that suddenly stopped posting after a shutdown.

MSI b650 mortar wifi MB

Ryzen 7700x

32gb (16x2) Corsair vengeance RGB @ 6000

Gigabyte eagle 4070 ti

Samsung 980 pro 1tb boot nvme

Crucial p3+ 4tb game nvme

360mm arctic freezer II AIO cooler

Corsair 1000w platinum psu

Corsair 4000d case

Been using this build for two years now, always been solid for performance and heat has been in 70s at most for the CPU and GPU in the 60s. I normally just reboot daily to avoid a memory train delay but I needed to shutdown to move the machine to another room.

Motherboard debug lights for red CPU and orange ram lights stay on indefinitely now (let it go for 4+hours). Went through testing each ram stick in each slot, full reseat and thermal paste application, checked the mobo pins and there are no bends, removed all device cables except power and a HDMI for output, took out my GPU fully and tried on board GPU, removed my data hhds that I use for archival storage, reseated all power cables and ensured they were locked in properly, reseated both nvme drives flashed 4 different bios from msi's site and showed successful installs each time using the back button flash.

I am still seeing these debug lights and no output. No response from keyboard inputs to get into the bios. Had zero issues with the rig for performance so I'm quite doubtful that I have a cpu or ram issue. I'm thinking the mobo bricked itself somehow but checking if anyone has any ideas on what else I could try. Thanks!
