I think I have narrowed down my problem, and only time will tell. Recently I’ve been going insane, my flat monitor is my main monitor while my curved is my secondary, to the left of my main for discord, etc. I was reading that using two different types can cause distortion on the edges, basically my flat monitor feels crooked when I sit when it’s straight with the desk. It’s angled to the right, I have to adjust it every time I sit in order for it to look ‘normal’. So I checked everything, level desk, level chair, etc. No problems at all. So than someone reminded me in a discord that using both different types of monitors can cause distortion and weird viewing angles, especially on the edges. Another thing to note, is that when the monitor is ‘straight’ with my desk and surroundings, it looks fine, I walked a few feet back behind my desk and in front of the desk and looked straight to me, it’s just when I sit down, which makes sense with the distortion theory. I’ll keep you guys updated, because if this is not it, I don’t know what else it will be. I’m sure it’ll take a few days to see if my brain and eyes adjust. Anyone else have had this problem let me know!

I wish you would have put in something like (personal issue with MYSELF) in the title before I read all that and realized it's just you having an OCD issue with a curve and straight line.

I was looking to help solve a real monitor issue.

Bah.

Single monitor life is best. Unless there's a particular reason to always have something active on a secondary display, I found it to be more of a distraction, as someone who spent ~7 years running multi monitor setups and now being on a single monitor setup for the last 5.5 years.

Sorry about that. Hope whatever problem you have gets resolved quickly. 🙂

Thinking so. I regret buying two curved monitors. Distorts so much.

Curved monitors are designed to provide equidistant edges to the human eye while also mirroring the curvature. If you're not directly in front of a curved monitor, it can be quite distorted. I got my first curved monitor back in 2016 with the PG348Q and its only gotten more extreme with sharper curves. My Neo G8 has a decent curve for a 32" 16:9 display, and if you're not actually in front of the monitor, it looks terrible, like someone spectating from the side.

It won't.  Had it for years, will die with it.

It's okay, hopefully dementia helps me forget how much of an asshole I am.

It’s still acting up for me. I changed monitor mounts and I still have to angle my monitor for it to look ‘normal’. I’ll attach a new picture.

I seem to fundamentally not understand the issue then, I'll take my leave.
