I need help on my new pc,dram light dtays on with 2 sticks of ram but eith one boots just finr

So i build my new pc with the specs listed below and with 2 sticks of ram it dosen t boot just eith one stick

 

I5 13400f

G skill ageis 16 gb dual channel 3200mhz

Msi h610 m pro e drr4

Rx 6500xt

120gb ssd

1tb hdd

I tried multiple times to boot with diferent setting xmp on/of

Memory fast boot on/of

Installed last bios update 

Reset the cmos

Reseat the cpu

Checked for bent pins

And nothing

Sent the motherboard and ram back to the store and they said that it runs fine with two sticks

does your motherboard have a stetting in the bios with turning on and off dual channel

No it dosen t have that option

Since you can boot with one RAM stick, did you check if the BIOS version is the latest non-beta available ?

Also, are you able to boot with either RAM stick ? Or does only one boots and the other doesn't ?

The bios is the last from msi site and yes it boots with both sticks

So, the RAM sticks and the motherboard are good.

I really don't know what to think of this at this point. Maybe you can contact the store and ask them which components they used in their setup for testing ? There has to be something different than yours and that makes a difference.
