Hello, a few days ago I built a new computer. All the games I tested have very poor graphics. Everything that is close looks quite good, but all distant textures flash and smaller structures often disappear/flash. I used DDU and updated the drivers to the latest ones. It is worth adding that when installing the drivers for the AMD processor, a red error appeared on the screen for a moment. My specifications are:

processor-amd ryzen 7800x3d

graphics-rtx 4070 super edition asus rog strix OC

MOBO - MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI RAM - Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL36 Vengeance

power supply - SilentiumPC Supremo FM2 750W 80 Plus Gold

cooling - Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420 water cooling

memory - WD Black SN850X 4TB M.2 SSD drive.

It is is worth adding that I am using the native resolution of the monitor. I have already tried DSR and many other settings in the nvidia panel.I'm using 1080 p monitor but I also checked everything on the 1440p monitor. If it will be unnessesery I will put a fev scrns or yt link to the look of the games

Can you verify the monitor is connected to the graphics card and NOT the motherboard?

Open task manager while you're in game, what does CPU usage look like per core (right-click and show logical processors)? What does GPU usage look like in game?

Latest Bios? Latest AMD chipset drivers downloaded from AMD? Latest Nvidia driver?

I watched those videos and I don't see anything that looks like an actual fault. Like, in the Minecraft video, that just looks like crappy anti-aliasing, not any sort of fault with your hardware. Similarly, ARK Survival Evolved is a game that is kind of notorious for pop-in, which was the main thing I noticed.

That said I might be crazy, so if anybody watches those videos and sees something that looks like an actual hardware problem (and not just these games having shitty graphics by default) tell me the time stamp lol.

Home Assistant: Lenovo ThinkCenter M700 (i3-6100, 4GB DDR4-2133, 250GB SSD) :: HassOS

Yeah that's the sad part, high-end hardware won't make your games look better than can be engine wise. They are just made that way.

The only thing you can do is tweak the settings to see what options look best for you and just accept that pixel peeking will bring you nowhere. Just enjoy the games and focus on the experience.

I couldn't pick up anything particularly out of place, and I play those games. Except that I do realize sometimes Youtube videos can make details hard to spot.

Try playing older games, ps360 era and before... Because thats when game graphics peaked. Now games have no optimization, no vision, barely any gameplay, but gpus have extra 'cores' for Vaseline blur "Ultra" (tm)
