New PC build with no Audio.

Aright so details. I recently built a new rig and retired the old one that will be built into a media server at some point and ill post the new specs at the end. When I finished this build I got all my drivers going like normal and near as I can tell I should be good driver wise. I have 3 monitors, 2 Asus Monitors both with built in speakers and one MSI monitor with no speakers. I use Voice meter to connect Audio to both of the Asus Monitors that are on opposite sides of the main MSI monitor. For what ever reason once I got this build done I noticed that one monitor wasn't getting any audio and that goes for in voice meter and even in audio tab. I have tried turning it off and back on again as well as messing with the HDMI cable. As I said before I build this new rig that is using the same Video card from my last one I had no issues. Near as I can tell I have changed nothing so im very confused. In Voice meter I can see it trying to give audio. It doesn't show that in Windows sound settings though though and to be clear my other Asus monitor that I have had since 2014 is having no issues. 

 

Edit: 2 other things, that monitor is the only one running an HDMI cable and I just reseated it and on top of that when I select that monitor as my default all I get is the frustrating sound of silence. 

EDIT 2: SOLVED! Took me unplugging it from the monitor and then reseating that itself then in voice meter there is a A1 and A2 selection that I needed to click to get it to play the audio. Took me longer than id like to admit but Im happy to say its done.

MSI 3060 TI
