Having the same issue with boot loop for the past month now... Don't want to hijack your thread however almost the same setup. Basically the same specs and replaced nearly the whole PC at this point with no luck. Now it's at the point of where it tries to boot twice and just gives up.

Swapping out RAM config and for an Crucial 8GB stick i have laying around makes no change.

Can enter BIOS and flashed to newer and original versions.

Reset CMOS, changed cables ect. Also CPU is about 6 months old and have no hair left after messing with this rig.

Hopefully one of us can find the issue 🙏

Replaced:

PSU: MSI 750W Bronze

Motherboard: As below

SSD: Crucial BX550

Specs:

Motherboard: B550M K

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600G

GPU: null

Ram: 16GB Corsair

So today I got it working by swapping out each device on my PC from one off of my brother's old PC until it would boot properly, started with the CPU (AMD 3600) and worked my way down to the motherboard which ultimately got it working on first boot. It was a B550 UD AC motherboard and it's been working fine so far.
I don't know if you tried swapping out the motherboard yet but that might be what's holding it back from posting correctly, hope this helps.

So recently I tried replacing my CPU cooler and after finishing it won't properly post just a black screen while everything else in the PC is working properly, fans are turning my Bluray drive opens up. Power button turns pc on but won't turn it off or reset it and I already followed every tip on the "PC won't post" thread and reseated everything twice, taken out the cmos battery and even tried using a screwdriver to reset the PC.

I will note I had this issue before whenever I turned off my PC with it mainly happening when I used the shut down button in windows 11, when instead I mainly use the sleep mode button. I did manage to fix it back then but now I'm having more trouble with getting it to post properly.

Also prior to replacing my CPU cooler I had the PC shut down using the windows button the night before and so I just switched the power supply off and unplugged it to start replacing the CPU cooler

Specs:

Motherboard: B550M DS3H AC rev1.5

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600g

GPU: AMD Radeon 6600

Ram: 16gbs

Thanks and glad to hear you got it up and running. I also got mine up and going today after replacing every part other than the APU/CPU.

RAM arrived today which was the last piece of the puzzle besides the CPU and was no change. So i decided to throw my old 3400G in and it's running fine.

Other than the huge downgrade im just glad to have the system sorted. Think i will just wait till bills are sorted and save for an CPU upgrade to the 5700G.

Thanks again for the reply
