PayDay 2 | up to 5 Second long Freeze-Frames

Hey,

so I installed PayDay 2 yesterday and the Game just sometimes Freezes for quite a long time. I had a Bug where the Game would set my Monitor to 60hz but i fixed that by changing the settings.xml File (I had the problem before and after). 

The CPU and GPU usage is around 50% when playing so it´s probably no hardware problem. I have the latest Nvidia Drivers and all. My Specs are attached. The Game just Freezes for the couple seconds and returns to normal playing and its really getting on my nerves.
