Hmm, I had an old 2060 that lost connection with the monitors after a while of gaming. It turned out to be broken since it worked with another card. I don't want to scare you but if you feel comfortable with it, try removing the GPU and putting it back in. ONLY attempt if you think you can do it.

Try turning off pc and unplugging it. Touch the prong on the PSU where you plug in the cable and hold power button to discharge motherboard. After about 10 seconds, plug it back in and try to power on. Then try doing a clean install of the driver.
