Looking for recommendations for a camera to use as a webcam

Hi, I'm looking for a camera that i could use as my webcam. I've heard entry level mirrorless (such as the Sony a5100) are the way to go for around my budget but i would like to get some opinions on cameras. Additionally, what would be a decent but cheap camera arm for the camera?

A 4K camera that has HDMI would be preferable.

May be important to note that I currently use my phone's back camera, but i do want an actual camera that can stay in position as it is very awkward to use my phone
 

I am in England and my budget for a camera is around £400, though i would be willing to go up to around £500 (this does not include a camera arm).
