I am willing to build a pc :

Amd ryzen 9 7900

Rtx 4060ti 16gb

GIGABYTE aorus B850 or x870

Basiclly for 3d art works using blender, zbrush, substance painter... etc

I want an aio that would be sufficient and quite as possible for this heavy works and thank you

Arctic Liquid Freezer III lineup are good AIO's without breaking the bank.

A Ryzen 7900 can easily be cooled by a Peerless Assassin SE120 though, its a 65w CPU.

Even with PBO enabled (which kind of makes it an 7900X or higher) the Peerless Assassin still cools it well. Even when i run 2 instances of handbrake at the same time and all 12 cores are at 5.1GHz, it stays under 90°C in my Fractal Torrent Compact.

I wonder if OP wants AIO for looks, or actual (perceived) cooling requirement?

No signature

Sure. A PA-SE120 is plenty but OP mentioned the want for an AIO so I gave my recommendation without overspending on one.

Hence why I also mentioned the PA-SE120.

No, I don't care about the looks.. in fact I will probably turn off all rgb lights. Sorry I should have menshioned that earlier but I live in a pretty hot area where temperatures tend to rise at 40 or 45 in summer. So I was just wondering if there is an aio cooler that can handle the heavy works running by blender at such high tempreatures with no air conditioner in room.

I have done some search and found the arctic liquid freezer iii 360 is actually doing great job with amd rather than intel.

That's what i found in this video...

Those are pretty warm temperatures indeed and an 360mm AIO will be better for high sustained loads.

The Arctic Liquid Freezer III lineup is one we recommend a lot, the performance to price ratio is absolutely fantastic.

I don't personally care for AIO's in terms of Aestethics but the Freezer III does look rather good!.

The 7900 non X is a 65w chip but some cooling overhead doesn't hurt if you can afford it 🙂

This will be an amazing system.

I would check out a Thermalright AIO. I get killer performance.

AMD R9 9900X | Thermalright Aqua Elite 360 V3, 6x TL-B12

Asus Strix X670E-F | 32GB Lexar Ares @ 3000 30-36-36-68

Zotac 4070Ti Trinity OC | WD SN850, SN850X, 3x SN770 6TB

Asus PA602, 2x 200x38, 1x 140x38 | Seasonic Vertex GX-1000
