Toshiba L 50 B mainboard error

I was using these l 50 b laptop normaly usb card reader was on left side usb .Usb 3.One day i was put card reader in usb on left side usb 2.0.On board.Laptop just fast turnof like plug from wall no mather battery is ok.I was never after that be able to turn on pc.When am tryin to power on num lock led turns on, on end of keyboard on edge where is cpu doing led ,white led normaly blink on.But i dont hear fan rotates.And system dont turning on and bios not showing.I dont know what could be my knowlage is small i hope its nothing or something i can to to work,help me it was so good laptop.
