While listening to music, playing games, editing a video, or just not doing literally anything, my PC starts to freeze/crash and signal is lost on monitor display.

Sometimes the monitor display lost signal (showing "No Signal") but it's still playing audio in the background then freezing/crashing after a few minutes or seconds, sometimes color green flashes on the screen and it crashes, sometimes gray, sometimes it's glitching.

I watched a youtube video where a guy removed his ram while his pc is running and It's similar to what's happening to my screen (glitching/freezing then lost signal on monitor) so I tried reseating the ram but it kept on happening. I can't figure out what really is the problem. Please help!!!

Remove the memory sticks, clean the contacts very carefully and gently with a bit of isopropyl alcohol and a cotton Q Tip/Earbud. Let it dry and reinsert the memory sticks in the correct slot. This should hopefully solve the problem. If not you need to run memtest86 bootable next.

Try with one stick at a time in the slot as per your motherboard manual, this will rule out the faulty stick if you have two or more sticks.
