Linux Mint Gaming What could be this issue? Incorrect cores being used or OS just confused 14700K 4080 Super.

Does anyone know why games arnt using my hardware properly, I was on Linux Mint, nvidia drivers, with Proton Experimental.
These pics were rdr2 and Spiderman remaster, I am using a 4080 super and a 14700K
When I was using Mint a few months ago with a 3070ti games were fine, but I feel like the OS is getting confused with the different types of cores as being on 58% usage but not too sure.

You have more FPS which will lead to higher load on CPU.

but on Windows 11 I get way more fps at least 50 more with no suttering and my GPU would be on 100% usage
