Hey,

My computer is working fine with old 600w cheap PSU

Ryzen 5 5600

4070

32gb ram etc.

I bought a 4070 super, i bought a modular PSU Azza PSAZ-850G since 600w psu has only one pci cable and two are needed.

This thing is heavy and looks good, it is pci-e 5.0 ready, ATX 3.0 psu.

So the problem is...

When i turn on PSU without any cables its constantly clicking 1 cliscs per second, Non-Stop!

If i connect cpu cable to mb cpu socketz and 24p cable to motherboard, new psu clicks two times faster!  If i press power button on the computer case, computer fully boots to windows with no problems and psu stops clicking at the same time when i press power on button, the but the funniest thing is that when i press shud down, it powers off and starts clocking 2 times per second again! 😁

That clicky sound is definitely a relay.

P.s. tryied to short pins on 24p cable, while shorted it is turning on perfetly without clicking.

Tried other mobo, same shit, old psu works perfectly. 🙂

Seems a defective unit, RMA it

Also you should have gotten some serious quality PSU rather (Corsair RM, Bequiet..)
