Budget (including currency): 1000€ (I can go over the budget if needed and/or it increases my performance significantly)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Unity, Coding (Java, C#, Phython, Css/html), Gaming (e.g. Wuthering Waves, Elden Ring, GBF: Rising)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc)
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/MVZsnp
I am updating from a shitty laptop and plan to buy the parts + a monitor in within the next 2 weeks. As for peripherals I won't need any. As for the resolution I probably play at 1080p 1440p isn't really needed. Not sure about the refresh rate though.

P.S: If you recommend me another GPU then please a GeForce one bc it has some specific features I need and with 16 GB of RAM.

Thanks in advance!

Your RAM was awful

I'd also try to get a 9600 and a 4070, you have some less VRAM but the card is way better for like 30EUR more only
