Zima Blade - Casa OS + NextCloud (Need Help Setting Up Could Server)

Hi there, my name is Arron, I am a content creator who has gotten sick of using Google Drive for things and I decided to pick up a Zima Blade so I can build my own cloud server because I run a few projects that require massive files to be sent and accessed across the world from Editors to fellow creators. Keep in mind I am a software LAYMAN and I don't know a lot about these things. I have tired to talk to others within the server-building sphere, but they are too busy and haven't been able to get back to me at all about this issue. To name a few things that I need from this server

• I need to be able to give access to people who are not on the same space as me, I need it to act like a Google Drive without it being a Google Drive in simple terms.
• I need to be told instructions like I am entirely new to setting up a cloud server using CasaOC and NextCloud
• I have watched tutorials they do not help as many of them are outdated and so much has changed in the Software since OR they are not in English

Any information on how to set up things like I am a idiot (cause I am in this regard) will be helpful! Thank you all!
