Im a CAD guy so ill go off that dollar then you can convert. I've been looking at facebook marketplace in Vancouver BC for prices recently to build a friend a similar computer so this is what i think:
3600 = 100$
32gb DDR4 ~3200MHz ram = 50$
used 1T storage SSD non-NVME= 50$  (Used storage doesnt sell well in my opinion)

RX 7600 = 300$
AM4 Motherboard = 100$
Case.....widely depends on quality = 80$
~500w PSU = 50$
100+50+50+300+100+80 +50= 720$ CAD.

And thats if you were to sell them all individually, people would expect a discount for all together so iwould resonably round down to 700 or 650 CAD

Just remember to clear TPM if you sell the motherboard / whole machine.

Also, I am sorry, I wasn't really sure which topic to put it under.

I have a computer with a ryzen 5 3600, 32 gb of ram, 1T of storage, and an RX 7600. How much should I be selling this system for?

Is the entire PC being sold, including PSU?

What about OS? Will the PC come with activated wiped Windows for example?

i disagree i would buy those parts individually and then sell for 10/20% markup so if its a fully working PC new windows of course it would sell beter/for more. or well at least i used to but my friend still does this to make a extra buck

hmmm maybe it depends on the buyer. If you were selling to sombody that knew nothing about the parts, you might be able to get more money out of them. But then again somebody that does know the parts could say things like : "This is got used storage and thus less reliable, -50$ of listed price." .
If you got windows included thats a solid 100$ as well. So maybe if you're patient you could sell for like 800$ CAD?

So the price obviously after all factors depends on you, you could sell it quite close to the new part price, or you could give a solid discount, or you could just wait for people to haggle and then accept the used discount "haggle" anyway.

The more it costs the less people will be interested, or the longer you'll wait, the less it costs the faster you'll sell it, so it really boils down to that.

What are the full specs? Some parts can be still more expensive than others even if they're not the "main" part of the build.

For example, good PSU vs good enough PSU, 1TB storage, what kind, HDD, SSD, NVME?

How fast is the RAM?

Unless you're selling on facebook marketplace, people will want info of your PC anyway.

Those estimates seem high.

Make a good listing for a week on local places like FB snd CL and see if and how people react. Then re-assess and create new ads with lower prices.

Don't let ads linger for weeks. If an ad is older than 2 weeks, people assume you sold it, or they assume you are not flexible in price and don't adapt to reality.

Appraisals go under New Builds and Planning as noted in the subforum description.
