Reach out to support and pray. I highly doubt you'll get a warranty offer for what is essentially customer caused damage though.

Based on the location of the pictured dents, you're not likely to be able to do anything to repair them. Really bad spot for trying to suction them out, and you can't go from the inside to push them out because of how the bottle is built and the vacuum chamber. As long as the outer casing isn't cracked and the vacuum is still intact, the function of the bottle shouldn't be impacted.

Hello. I just bought the ltt water bottle like a month ago. At work today, it rolled off the desk (like 5 feet) and hit the ground on its bottom edge. Looks like it dented it "badly". (Image). It was filled with water.

Any tips to repair or better to email support?

This likely isn't covered under warranty. Warranties cover manufacture defects. This was physical damage by the customer. So likely not covered.

You might be able to use the hot glue dent repair kits they sell for automotive repairs to try and pull the dent back out, but I am pretty sure you will just have to live with the dent.

That's not something covered by warranty. User caused damage is usually under insurance, not warranty. I wouldn't worry about it. Trying to fix will likely cause more damage.
