My pc wont boot unless i use safe mode

I came back from a short holiday and now every time i open my pc it tries to run 3 times and then sends me to recovery with the error code 0xc0000001 

i have reinstalled windows on a separate drive and i have wiped both the drives, it boots into safe mode though so thats good i guess but will not let me use normal windows.

450w corsair power supply

x570 msi gaming edge wifi mb

5500xt gpu

corsair vengeance 1x16gb ram

Plus 1 old HDD and one newer SSD that had a fall
