It's 1300W, I will most likely get 5080, and I will go with 64GB RAM because this build will be for a long term. I believe 32GB RAM is becoming a minimum requirement and I want more headroom.   Gen5 SDD isn't needed for sure I just want to try it out.

Thats very overkill still on the PSU.   But whatever makes you comfortable 🙂

I plan on running a 9800X3D with a 5090 on my RM1000x.  I am not worried at all.

Yeah but I looking into the future too, If I am going to upgrade anything it will be a gpu in the future.  its only £20 difference between 1000W and 1300W

Yes but the 1000w is also more reliable

Gigabyte makes decent PSUs but the corsair ones are more durable and trustworthy than the gigabyte ones

You would wave less wattage (although still enough) but more reliable components and peace of mind

Pretty much what others have said, the smaller SSD is unnecessary performance wise and 64GB of RAM is a little much, but it also depends how you use your PC. I constantly have tons of tabs open, so I love having lots of RAM. I'd maybe look at a 48GB kit instead of 64GB.

I'd also check reviews on the case to make sure it has good airflow/cooling.

You won't notice a difference with Gen5 with what you're doing.

I was watching gamers nexus, so  I went with one of their recommendations. I have lots of applications opened and browser opened when I game.
