Dear community,

I am a long-time laptop user who wants to build a silent PC. I don't have any special knowledge of which PC parts are good or not, so I'm seeking your help. Currently, I use a MacBook Air M3, but I want to have a PC that produces little to no sound. I don't want RGB lights, but I prefer a case like the NZXT H510i in white. Have 2x2K screens, but want to play games at least at 1080p.

Budget (including currency): 1000 euros

Country: Serbia/Hungary

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Diablo 4, Stardew Valley, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (Switch emulation), Red Dead Redemption 2, Call of Duty: WWII, Cyberpunk 2077, Fallout 4

Thank you. Please ask anything that can help.

The hungary site of Pcpartpicker isn't in euros, so I did a nearby country on the map (Austria) so it could be in euro. Let me know if this doesn't work.

Do you need WiFi?

Austria would work.
With or without Wi-Fi, don’t have preference.

Do you plan to have all the games on the SSD at one time and do anything else that would need a lot more storage? (This is me deciding between 1TB and 2TB)

Not all at the same time, 1TB would be okay. I have one HDD of 6TB not in use at the moment.

Noctua NH-P1 Fanless CPU Cooler?

Seasonic Prime Fanless PSU?

Would those work in that case with so little air screen on the top?

On the other hand there are pretty quite fans, such as ones from Noctua. I built a very quite system with Noctua fans and a low power CPU (Intel Core i5-12400T)

As for storage I got a smaller SSD and put in a 4TB hard drive. The hard drive is plenty fast enough for the games I run at least, with the SSD being there mainly for Windows and programs/apps.

we're probably looking at, semi-closed case with fans, but fans would be set to run at slow fan speed,

unless you want the NZXT case, then obviously the fan sound could escape through the mesh, if it's loud enough.

Yes, that would be completely fine.

So here's what I can recommend for you.

i5-14400F cause it's decently cheap, and with the new Doom coming out I'm sure you'll want to play new games potentially and didn't want to put a 6 Core on, and for the money, you get a good amount of cores.

Radeon 7700XT performs well, and at 2K in Cyberpunk it can hang around 80FPS on the high preset (so if you want more than 80, bump it down to medium or something)

H5 Flow cause the H150i wasn't listing as purchasable and this is a nice case.

You definitely want a very large case. With the more larger style Noctua fans. I don't remember the size but the really big ones. preferably with a large amount of slow speed airflow Depending on how willing you are to do some modding, you can put a large PC-like air cooler on your graphics cards as well.

There's also the Linus solution of setting your computer up in a spare room, let it be a closet or basement or anywhere really that you don't care much for noise and proceed to pipe it into your PC via a Thunderbolt connection.

Polygons? textures?  samples? You want it? It's yours, my friend, as long as you have enough Vram.
Hey heads up I  have writing disorder I try my best but still make errors.

I could do a list in Hungarian pcpartpicker, if the part selection is how the Hungarian market is,

maybe:

But since it's not Serbia/Hungary there could be other more price efficient choices possibly.

hu.pcpartpicmer.com only has a single merchant. It's quite possible that some shopping will result in better pricing.
