I have 2 laptop both of them motherboard dead now one has 256 gb sata and other has m.2 512 for m.2 i wanna reset all of it byt sata there are 2-3 files forst i wanna recover 

 

And what is the soft ware from which we can see ssd health

it seems you must connect those ssds to another computer.

If you do, you should be able to access them through explorer.

Reset is (probably) straight forward from there, right click, format...

but both of them has windows on it will it be a problem

I see...

I'm no expert in windows conflict.

But, you could just try. Connect one drive, confirm in the bios that it's still set to boot from same drive and load windows

So if you want clean SSD, you can do secure erase ( this will delete everything on whole SSD, and get it back to factory speeds )

Some newer motherboards have built in support for it, and it can be done from within uefi.
some manufacturers have programs for it, to be done from windows, like samsung of WD,

you can also use bootable programy like parted magic etc. 
 

secure erase is the fastest and healthiest for the SSD solution, to have empty SSD. Then you just inicjatiate it, and quick format like normal.


yes, you can just quick format it, but that will force ssd controller to do exactly the same thing in the background, while doing worst job, and becouse if it, it doesn't always get the speeds back to new factory level.
