Currently using an id cooling is67xt for my 7 5700x, it idles around 45-46 and maxes at 77 but thats with a full size 120mm arctic p12max. This fits my case fine but i was wondering if there is any hetter 67mm cpu coolers or this is the best it can do

Youre already looking at some of the best. Another thing you should try and do is PBO voltage offset, which would increase the performance at that same temps, or lower overall temps.

RTM. The video shows an exact step by step to do it on an MSI motherboard, but similar instruction exists for various motherboard brand BIOS. If you want an ideal way to do it, start with -15, and then lower it by -5 increments until you hit the cap of -30. Use CoreCycler to test the system over various voltages.

Do you currently let your P12max ramp up to 3000rpm ?

(I've got an is50x with a P12, I did close the gap under the fan and I've got my fan reversed due to case specificities)

(I did try with a P12max but it was noisier, the first P12maxs had ball bearings)
