I took apart my entire PC in order to fix an issue I was having, but after reassembling the PC my Bluetooth has stopped working. I'm not particularly knowledgeable with this stuff so my question is, did I leave something unplugged, or did I damage a soldered on component? sorry for the incredibly basic question.

Does your motherboard have WIFI? Is the antenna plugged in?

It does have Wi-Fi built in, and the antenna should be plugged in. I unplugged my wired connection and was still able to find my router.

In most modern systems the WIFI antenna works as the bluetooth reciever as well.

Double check that this is connected and check if you can turn bluetooth on in Windows.

Also make sure the base of it is twisted all the way in! I've had it happen where it's twisted in and should be connected, but wasn't like all the way in if that makes sense?

Some combo wifi/bluetooth modules have an internal USB connector for the bluetooth part. This is a 9 pins connector and plugs into one of the internal motherboard's USB 2.0 connectors.
