First off welcome to the forums

Secondly and to the main point

1) you dont need to upgrade the motherboard as it doesnt affect performance

2)Adding more SSDs isnt a bad idea by any means so go ahead

3) if you arent gonna do any productivity you can same some money and get a non super 4080 but either way just get the cheapest 4080 or 4080s you can find (unless you have a specific look you want) as it doesnt impact performance

4) The objectively best AIO cooler for the money is the Arctic liquid freezer III 360 but whether you get an AIO or a good Air cooler it wont change too much

5)You can keep the one you have as it doesnt seem too bad and it has enough wattage but if you even upgrade further to either a 50 series gpu or more Power hungery CPU a 1000w PSU gives you more headroom

Old and likely overpriced. Get a normal Gen 4.0 M.2 for $50~

You don't need to upgrade your board unless you really need something it hasn't

The 850w PSU should be fine as well with up to a 400W GPU

And you could look at the 7900xtx instead of the 4080, as fast and much cheaper since 4080 are scarce and scalped now
