Need help with removing motion blur on Final fantasy 7 rebirth

I'm trying to remove motion blur and edit depth of field. I was able to do it on my PC as the steps are straight forward using the link below, on top of adding dlss 4.

However, my issue is on my steam deck, I don't know where to put the engine.ini file. Now this is where it should go on windows "Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\", so what is the steamos/linux counterpart for this folder?
