Headset audio always glitching and computer feels slow to do stuff

I recently got new turtle beach 600 gen 3 wireless headhones (fully updated) but I will be watching a youtube video or playing a game and it will just sound glitchy, then back to normal and it keeps doing that. I also will play somthing like fortnite but its on max settings but it will stutter a lot, pc specs are r5 7600, 32gb of ddr5 6000 ram, rx 7700xt, fast nvme drive, and decent internet. same for youtube videos, if im downloading a game the video will either freeze but audio still plays or it will just stop for 5 seconds, Pls help.
