Led on Graphics card turned off, PC won’t turn on. 8pin

Was playing the Witcher 3 when all of a sudden my gpu ( Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super OC) became extremely loud and my pc shut off. When I turned it on again, I get the message “PLEASE POWER DOWN AND CONNECT THE PCIe POWER CABLE(S) FOR ALL GRAPHICS CARDS”  and one light does not turn on. I have reseated the graphics card, swapped PCIe cords. When I unplug one side they both light up but when both plugged in only one side lights up. I am using the RM850 PSU. Anyone know how to fix this?

Check connection on the PSU?

Get new PSU

Or.. Try pushing in the cables harder, wiggle a little bit.
