Description of your issue:

i bought the Xray skin with the ultra kit cause i needed to protect my new pixel 9 pro xl

after a week and a half of use the screen protector started peeling from one of the corners.

 

 

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result?

i sent them an email about a week ago about the problem and they got back to me super fast and after i left them some pics of the problem they didn't reply until today

they sent me not only the screen protector, but the ENTIRE ULTRA KIT again free of charge, i didn't even need to pay shipping, i was kind of amazed

 

now i know that this channel is usually to complain about pool quality but man, i have to give credit when credit is due, amazing!

 

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like?

i am still a bit grumpy about it happening in the first place though, but they handled the situation incredibly!

Profit margins on printing are huge, I imagine skins aren't that far off.
