Server was working and powering on fine, pulled the CMOS battery to reset bios and when I tried to boot again the power button wont work. When I plug it in the PSU's show yellow and a flashing green light on mother board which is what it was doing before when it worked. But when I press the power button nothing happens. Not sure what to do and can't find anything online. 825-7 w X9 board

Most SuperMicro servers have some form of anti-tamper protection, which you may have tripped. This could be on the chassis itself. Ctrl + F your manual for "tamper" and see if you find anything.
