Hey LTT Community,

Recently one of my AIO Fans died (stopped spinning), i've tried unplugging the fans/aio and reinstalling the NZXT Cam, nothing helped.
I did not really though of replacements since it not really "badden" my system at all, 4 weeks are over now since my Fan has died out and today for the first time the screen has randomly turned black and my fans gone up to 100% speed, even the GPU! There also is a permanent beeping coming from the "round display aio thing"

Specs:
>> AIO: NZXT Kraken Elite 360 RGB
Ryzen 9 7950x3D
AERO RTX 4090
Z670E AORUS PRO X
64GBs DDR5 6000m/ts
1500W Seasonic power supply
Windows 11 64bit
---
Build is 6 months old
Running on latest bios version for Z670E AORUS PRO X

Software running in background:
NZXT Cam, GCC, NVIDIA

Maybe one of you guys can help me out, it was definitley dumb to leave the AIO running with 2 Fans. 馃檹

That one needs all the cooling in the world, and then some more 馃槢

I don't think your CPU is fried. Instead, it will throttle and slow down.

Do you have some monitoring software for your temps ? Hwinfo64 should be adequate for your needs.

Also, you can try clearing the CMOS memory in case your computer is paranoid with thermals after the fan crash.

Good luck !

Hey, yea sure i have a Software to monitor it, it kinda instantly goes up 10掳 every 10 to 15 sec and then slowly gets cooler.
Currently it is working, but while being in the Browser the CPU is at 61掳

Will give it a try if im able to find the battery.

Thanks for your answer.

If the temps are going up that crazy, I suspect your pump is not working or there is a flow restriction. The thermal mass of the water in the radiator should be able to soak up more heat than that with all fans at zero speed.

Check your manual, you may be able to clear CMOS without removing the battery if your motherboard supports it.
